DesignART was established in 2014 by Pervez, Ajit , Ashok Pillai and Stanley Mathews . We also have a different vertical, which deals in Floorcovering products such as modular carpet tiles and rubber floorings. DesignART established a full fledged state of the art Fabrication center with auotomated machineries. Have partnered with DuPont as their Quality Network converters for Corian® Solid surfaces .
Having a strong setup in fabrication since 2014,DesignART has made a name in the Ineriors industry. have associated with renowned architects, builders, hotels, corporates, residential and commercial, pan India. AUTOMATED MACHINERIES :
CNC Router
- A CNC router is a computer-controlled device that will help you make intricate designs while maintaining an extremely high level of accuracy and high efficiency with minimal work input.
- Our German made CNC Machine from where finer details can be engraved with excellent finish.
- Designing furniture, carving signs and banners, milling machine parts, and even creating 3D prototypes are only some of the more popular applications for a CNC router.
- Using advanced CNC based fabrication & thermoforming techniques, we work to realize how easy it can be to move your design off the computer screen to an actual product.
Thermoforming Machine
- Thermoforming (the process of heating and shaping synthetic material) is an increasingly popular way to utilize solid surface to create 3-D curves and rounded shapes.
- This is a realm where other surfacing materials like quartz and granite cannot be used.
- The ability to thermoform has made solid surface a favorite three dimensional artistic pallet for designers everywhere.
- A sheet of plastic material is clamped into a thermoformer and sent into an oven for heating. Once it reaches the right temperature for processing, it’s transferred to a mold, where either vacuum or air is used to form a part
Panel Saw
- Panel saws are used to cut large sheet materials into smaller rectangular sections and pieces, often as part of an initial sizing process.
- It consist of a circular saw and an upright framework that supports the work piece and a track that the circular saw travels along.
- Panel saws are used to cut panels, profiles, Corian, solid wood, plywood, MDF, laminates, plastic sheets and melamine sheets into sizes or cabinet components.
